The Walker Family Band Summer WorkshopSunday, July 1 - Saturday, July 7 Blowing Rock Conference Center Matt Brown, Robbie Wells, and Scott Manring join the Walker Family Band in leading this very musical week in North Carolina. There will be classes on specific instruments, ensemble classes, chances to do yoga and pottery, all with a wonderful assortment of folks of different ages. Strings By The SeaMonday, July 30 - Friday, August 3 Point Loma Nazarene University This will be Matt's second consecutive year at Strings by the Sea. Strings by the Sea is a summer music camp for Suzuki string players, young children through teenagers, which combines the Suzuki principles of string playing with an awareness of movement and body usage. The annual sea-side camp — now celebrating its sixteenth anniversary — is held at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California, and offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Mt. Carroll Fiddle CampFriday, August 31 - Monday, September 3 Campbell Center Matt will join "Chirps" Smith, Charlie Walden, and Garry Harrison and the New Mules at this great Labor Day Weekend retreat for old-time music fans!
